HUEVOS RANCHEROS

Two crispy corn tortillas stuffed with house made Baja beans, poached eggs, cheddar cheese and scallions. Then baked in the oven and served with house made guacamole and salsa fresca.

BIG BREAKFAST BOWL

Fresh rosemary roasted potatoes, two eggs any style and your choice of bacon, sausage, oven roasted tomatoes or half an avocado. Served piled high in a bowl and topped with hollandaise sauce.

Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

2 Thick cut slices of French bread, dipped in eggs, cream , vanilla and cinnamon, then pan seared in butter and powdered with sugar. Served with whip cream and maple syrup.
