To get here by car from Vancouver, you will need to take a ferry from the mainland (Tswwassen or Horseshoe Bay), then drive up island to Campbell River and catch the car ferry to Quadra Island. BC Ferries runs daily scheduled trips for both vehicles and walk-on passengers between ports on BC’s mainland and Vancouver Island. From Vancouver, you can catch the ‘Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo’ ferry or the ‘Tswwassen to Duke Point’ ferry.

Driving directions from ferry terminal dock once you have arrived on Quadra Island
From the ferry ramp, continue driving up the hill and turning left onto Harper Road. Take your first right turn onto Heriot Bay Road, then your first left onto West Road. Drive along West Road until you come to Gowlland Harbour Road and turn left. Follow until you see the Gowlland Harbour Resort sign and driveway on the left at 823 Gowlland Harbour Road.
